right. i finally decided to start blogging on the site i bought for myself. even if its not yet finished. i have been busy being christmas season and all. oh yeah, i have been lazy too. i will get to finishing it. some day. i was planning to finish it before 2006 but i don't think i would be able to. i was supposed to make a christmas theme but i didn't get to do it. hmm.. bleh.
i had a very busy week. took lots of pictures but can't show them right now bcoz my computer can't install my bluetooth. i had the pc reformatted by Kuya Benj on the 2nd night of Simbang Gabi. Simbang Gabi was fun. This year's theme is "Christmas Around the World". each group was assigned with a corresponding country and should portray how that country celebrates Christmas. i was in Young People so our country is Japan. My friends are years younger than me and they were grouped in Junior Worship/Sunday School 2 and their country is China. the Seniors was Philippines, married couples was England, Sunday School 1 (kids) was Mexico. Our daughter churches from Laguna and Valenzuela were Korea and Indonesia. so it was fun. in our church, each group made a booth look like something about the country. the best booths there were China, Philippines, and ours, Japan. Philippines won best booth although a member from Laguna made theirs. The last night of our Simbang Gabi was also our Christmas party since Christmas is a Sunday. our members from Laguna and Hulo came for the final program. we were given a chance to perform on how the countries celebrated their Christmas. so it was supposed to be like skits or plays. China, Japan, and Korea prepared skits while Mexico and Philippines danced. England had a combination of a little acting and like a song interpretation. or whatever its called. Indonesia just sang. Winners are, England in 3rd, Japan in 2nd and China in 1st. it was ok that we only got 2nd place, we even thought we would be in 3rd and was ok with it. we really had fun that night. Yesterday was Christmas. we went to churhc early and finished early. Faith and I with our other cousins, went to our relatives houses and their relatives to wish them a Merry Christmas. after that, we headed back to church and had lunch. my mom left last night for San Francisco. late that night we had a party with church friends and had loads of fun. i was happy because i was invited. we played games and exchanged gifts and really, really fun. the kids ganged up on me and voted me as president for next year's event. Lmao. i hope i can make it work really fun like this years party. i don't want to disappoint them. but i don't have to worry about that now since i have a whole year ahead of me before that day comes. MERRY CHRISTMAS! ^^
it is irritating that my computer is infected with a virus that eats up my hard disk's free space. it comes back when i restart the computer, but still loses the free space little by little. it would be hard to work when at a point my programs would not be working properly because of the virus. argh. it's time for reformat. i told kuya Benj about my problem and we decided that he'd come over next week to fix it. after we talked i texted him asking if he's available tomorrow because i can't wait that long. and that i felt like crying because my lovable computer is infected. huhuhu.. and he's coming over tomorrow! YAY!
this morning i decided to go to the gym. since it's Christmas vacation and i've been wanting to get out of the house and do something, the gym was the place to go to. i walked for 30mins on the threadmill and when i got down, i felt like i was floating. i rested for a bit and waited for the belly dancing class. hehehe.. damce belly! dance! anyway, the instructor arrived late but we still had fun dancing and bending blah blah blah.. i was so tired and my feet were hurting.. i was hoping to attend the hiphop class but instead, there was a taekwondo dance class. i headed for the locker room and my mom's friend invited me to join her in the taekwondo thingy and i said yes. after like 20mins i quit because i couldn't take it anymore. my feet were killing me! and i just wanted to flop down somewhere. i took a shower thinking i would go home and watch t.v. bwahahaha! while i was tying my shoes, i saw Donita Rose! OMG! my chance to take another picture.. i smiled at her and said hi, and she did the same. i finished tying my shoes hoping to catch her and have our pictures taken. but, when i peeked around the corner where i thought she was, she was gone. NYUUUU!!! i missed her. anyway, there's prolly another time where i would see her. its the gym, she'll be back someday. /gg
at the moment i am sending some of my "important" files to my e-mail for back-up. i was planning on burning then which would be soooo much quicker but i ran out of CD-R's waaaaaaaa.... poor me.. anyway, i had to zip em up and send them through e-mail which is taking really long.. oh well, what to do.. p.s. my own is now online but still need to fix some things by the looks of it, my 100th post on this blog is going to be my last.. ^^
i should be working on my own blog now. but i am not in the mood to do so.. but since it would be Christmas vacation, i may have the time and energy to do so. hahaha.. not that anybody visits me anyway, i only have a few online friends who do as such.. anyway, for people who visit my blog, thank you! ^^

la lng.. dunno what's up with my title but yeah.. whatever.. so far my fingers hurt from trying to learn how to play.. im doing ok, like i can play songs from the hymns our church uses in chords of G, D, and A most likely and some in E, Em, D7, and C. but i have to pause to switch my fingers. im having a hard time shifting from C to D/G or any other chord. i know B and F but my fingers can't quite reach the right strings and i can't hold them down. need more practice. i wanted to learn since i was in hs but i was too lazy, my mom bought me a guitar that i never had time to use. a few months ago i kept bugging some people to teach me how but i was not that "into" it at that time. Last Sunday i finally knew how to strum s i continued my "lessons" and now im doing pretty good which needs more practice. i already bought my own host and domain and finished the site for my mom's sideline. /gg i was planning to take the name online.com but it was not available. tried other different names till i came up with keeping-the-faith.com, it's too long but it sounded good at that time. i bought the host and domain Last Saturday, the 3rd, and had the hosting by monday. the domain took longer, which was activated like thursday. then yesterday, i though of a better name that would suite me but it doesn't suite for a church. (i was planning on making a site for the church thus coming up with the keeping-the-faith domain.) *sigh* im still contemplating if i shall continue my blog on that host/domain or buy a different one for myself. then i thought that i should have named that after our church then it would be like my donation.. my work for the benefit of our friends/churchmates who are in different countries now. oh well.. its still a good name for the church. long though. i might get a different host/domain for myself. im still thinking how to get it because i know my mom would prolly get mad at me again. *gotta find ways* i was thinking of trying how wordpress works on a host not from my pc, and i was having a hard time accessing it.. im doing something wrong.. my brain needs time to rest.. i was listening to the radio earlier and heard the DJ talk about the song 12 Days of Christmas. apparently there's a hidden message. i searched for it and found an article about it. Every Thursday that my mother is in the country, she would be picked up and brought to the show. My mom is like Tita Winnie's P.A. without pay. Sometimes i come with them but for the past months i don't. Since they were celebrating their anniv that night, i decided to go.
Their guests were Mike Defensor and Chiz Escudero, Jun Yasay, Ping Lacson, and Diana Zubiri. OMG! Ashte Danaya! hahaha..
The cam whore that i am, i had to have my picture taken with them. Mom doesn't know how to use my cellphone so she asked one of the Debate girls who had their digital cams with them to take the picture. I wanted to take it with my cellphone's camera so i would have the copyright. I'm still waiting for them to send me the pictures.
But, what i have on my phone, is my picture with Ashte Danaya. bwahahaha!
When Diana was called out, i couldn't resist so i sat beside her and had mom take a picture. (that's why its so far) then mom did the same thing.

i used the photo in the middle and it said i look like or resemble these people. and some other people like Shania Twain, and other people i don't know.
when i used a different photo, the highest possibility that i look like was Yoko Ono.. oooh.. Jap.. haha.. then next was Rosanna Arquette. OMG! NYUU!!

Sunday, after YP (young people's fellowship), we went to Megamall coz mom wanted to see the Food franchise fair that i posted earlier.. where i ate alot.. >_<
mom got me new sandals.. kewl.. while waiting for the pair, Faith saw another shelf of shoes with big sizes. then i saw it, BOOTS! kewl.. i wanted to buy them. i asked mom and she said it's fair for Php 1000.00++ so i told her i was gonna use my gift cheque but then realized that it's in a different wallet and that i left it at home..
the next day, i went to Church because i was invited by Kuya Manny to go with them. people who are 18 and up are invited for a felloship/get together. and it was fun.. we're making the group official. His wife, Lisa, is fun to talk to.. im more confident to talk with her now than before. FYI: she's Canadian.
when we were going home, i asked to be dropped off where i can ride an FX to Megamall because i really wanted to get those boots. im in luck! it was the last pair of my size! :D dun dun dun.. i liked it because it was low cute, low heels, and it doesn't hurt much.. well, i haven't tried walking long with it. and also, it's good for formal. :D
i saw this advertisement on a poster days before. i told mom about it last night and she said we'd go on Sunday cauze she's not here today.
i was at the dentist for my appointment and afterwards headed to Megatrade Hall 2 for the food franchise thingy. i thought, wow food, im hungry.. /gg
the hall is to big for a location for the convention because there's only a few products but it was ok because you have more space for walking around.
first i tried this stall, Daniel's ice mix. it's ice cream, you can choose more that one flavor then it has mongo beans or peanut for toppings. you can also add springles, marshmallows, and this other topping for additional Php 5.00
while trying to finish the ice cream, i walked around, since i can't finish the it that fast (i was feeling cold), and decided to check out what the other stalls had to offer. i saw this shawarma stand and wanted to try it out, but didn't much feel like it, and thought that i can try it out tomorrow with mom.
after the ice cream, i tried the waffle stand. and boy it's good. and cheap too.. i had cheese waffle for Php 10.00!! i love cheese. yum.. i would want to try it again. there was a different waffle stand somewhere but i was too full to try that when i passed by it. :(
beside pinoy waffle is a barbecue stand.. i wanted to try the chicken barbecue but like i said, i was full already.. and i want to have that with rice.. ehehe..
next to the barbecue stand is Green Cab. yep, they sell pizza. they cute a pizza in tiny slices for taste test. it's yummy.. and cheap. see the people around the stall waiting to get their hands on a tiny slice of free pizza. i might buy one tomorrow. gonna have mom pay for everything. LMAO!
Ribbon fries is located near to the entrance. but it's the one i tried last coz i didn't take notice of it at first. as you can see at the pictures, i am holding in my hand fries in the shape of a ribbon with cheese dip. it's good but the dip isn't enough for the while lot.
i am progressing. wheeeeee!!! kuya benj taught me stuff as usual. and right now, i just finished modifying a sample template from Sarah to match my own.. so far, i don't understand much about PHP. really big thanks to Sarah's sample wordpress template.. i just had to edit some stuff and CSS. (redandant) anyway, the other night, i think Wednesday night, i checked the rat traps if i caught something. we have 2 traps and 1 had a mice! since i dont want to touch it, i had help from the neighbor and he fed it to the cat that always hangs out infront of the store. eeww... the next morning, i checked the traps again and i caught 2! and when i got home that night, i caugh another 1! YAY!! got rid of 4 mices! BWAHHAHAA.. i took a picture of the 2 in the trap.. but just now i decided not to post it.. but if ur interested to see it maybe i will.. hahaha! ok. im really hoping to have my own domain by the end of the month or year. whichever. but i think if i get one now, i'd be able to upload my wordpress work. i even put posts in it.. for trial and the last posts i had i want to put there.. that's it. :D
i went to the taping of "Lagot ka isusumbong kita" and was just watching. Teri is so funny. Then, tito Joey recognized me. he's so sweet. we made chicka and everytime he would see me he would smile at me.
a little later he was leaning on Alicia and when a staff asked him to go to the next scene he said his head was aking. wawa nmn. but he still did his job. ^^
last 3 scenes before they were done, their final guest, Jake Cuenca arrived. everyone was waiting for him because he was in another engagement. when he arrived, they were shooting a different scene so he was just watching, beside me! hehehe.. i texted Faith and told her and she kept on bugging me to get an autograph for her.. KULIT!
at first, when he arrived, he was standing next to me. he even bumped into me when he laughed. LMAO. he kept on walking around me looking for someone or maybe trying to see who i was since it was my first time to be there. hehehe.
anyway, when the last scene was taken, he was saying good-bye to the other celebs and the staff. so i took the guts to call him and told him about my cousin who wants an autograph. i also took the opportunity to take a pic with him. he was very nice, and friendly, maybe just because he is a celeb but i dunno. maybe he's really nice. dun dun dun.. hehehee..

yesterday, i was in a hurry to get to school. when i got there, i found out it was the 1st day of the celebration of the school's foundation. i thought it was supposed to be today. anyway, i was asked to vote for our Dept. on a contest they come up with. Ms. Congeniality and Mr. Kilig Moments or whatever they named it. so i voted for my elective and sysdes prof. Ma'am Mek for Php 5.00. hehehe.. :P afterwards, i went to Makati Med to visit my mom's friend who was rushed there the day before. i checked on him and reported to my mom. she told me i can go and that she will go there later in the afternoon. while roaming around Glorietta, hours later, i told my mom i was going home. she told me to go back to the hospital since she was there and a couple of her best friends. when i got there, sila na lang ni Tito Joda andun. they were paying part of the bills. some stuff i don't feel like detailing anymore. too lazy.. >_> my mom and i had dinner in Brother's Burger behind Makati Med. it just opened and a notice on the door said sorry for the inconvenience and they are facing a dry-run only. my mom had Lamb burger and i had Black Angus Burger for a change. the patty was kinda dry and my mom said, "ano ka ba? kaya nga dry-run eh." HAHAHAHA! ayus talaga ina ko. it was good though. heaven. yuumm!! the other night, like Monday night, my mom and i went to Klownz in Quezon Ave. GIMMIK!! i love comedy sing-along bars. it's a stress reliever. not that i am stressed in any way. i just love comedy and to have fun is what everybody needs. there were a few people only and at like 3am, we decided to leave. before we did, we made chika with Teri Onor. and i asked where their taping of "Lagot Ka" was located. and he invited me to come and sya daw bahala sa'kin. this afternoon he called me to inform where the place was but he was not sure. so he said he would text me later when he's there so he would let me know where it is. i might take a cab na lang. that's it. i have to get ready because i have a dentist appointment at 2:30pm. ^^

im skipping Wednesday since i already made a post. Thursday, i forgot. Friday i went home to my Uncle's place in QC. i promised his two eldest daughters and his wife that i would see HPGoF with them on Saturday and make spaghetti and egg sandwhich after. whenever i am in their house, it's always food trip. since we don't have anything to do but make tsismis, watch some t.v. and eat. (they have to do chores though) i help sometimes but most of the times, we just eat. hehehe.. the spaghetti was great! yay! i learned something new to make.. :D
in the evening, while Hanna was eating dinner,
and Che-che doing homework, i was singing from Faith's lyrics notebook and a borrowed songhits. if they know the song, everyone would sing with me.. haha! all girls choir. :P
i took pictures of Che-che telling her she looked like the Patil Harry Potter took to the Yule ball.. bwhahaha! and if you know the Vaseline commercial, Kapal!, i said she would most likely be good for that commercial coz she has long, beautiful hair. i even tell her she looks like the girl in the MasterCard commercial. BWAHAHAHA!!
i had a good time in the short time i was on "vacation". though i missed alot of work, if only i had a laptop! i could do work anywhere.. oh well..

i have seen the 4th movie of the Harry Potter series. it was definitely better than the 3rd. though it was missing quite a few information and some happenings are changed, i still liked the way it was made. the movie, in full, was funny in most bits. and based on my memory from reading the book, there were changes made to not make the details complicated and the film shorter.
since i have read all 6 books, my view on the movie is different from those who just saw the movie and not read the books. maybe for them, they are content with what they've seen or understand it without the minor details, but for me, there are things that should be there to make the movie more book-like. Like in the 3rd movie which sucked. for one thing, the movie ran for like one and a half hour only. MOVIES CAN BE MADE UPTO 3 HOURS DEMMIT! >_>
when the movie started, or even before, i was so excited as to what it would turn out. it refreshed my memory to how things started, the prologue in the book where the Riddle housekeeper was murdered, at the same time Voldemort's come back was introduced.
they cut the Quidditch World Cup scene. the first thing i noticed that was not there was the part where Harry was asked to join the VIP box or something. if my memory serves me right, there was a part where Harry noticed a house elf sitting in a chair beside Barty Crouch. where in the book, we find at the end that Barty Crouch Jr. was the one sitting there in an invisibility cloak while the house elf was used as decoy so that it won't be suspicious. (it was said that Barty Jr. convinced his father to take him to see the QWC where in fact, he was planning on something evil.) i think it was kind of an important piece in the story. since it was Harry's wand used to conjure the Dark Mark spell. (in the latter part of the book, it revealed that Barty Jr. took Harry's wand while he was watching the game) that was why he was accused of being a Death Eater. but even with that scene cut, the movie went well.
let me see, as much as i am excited with the movie, and that i still have hang-over of it, my memory is acting up on me again. i can't remember some of the things that happend in the movie, or if there were more mistakes or cuts that should have been there.
oh yeah, in the 2nd trial, Harry had no idea how to breathe underwater for an hour, and he was being helped by Ron and Hermione to look for something that can help him. Moody came and told the 2 that Dumbledore wanted to speak with them and left Harry hopeless. in the movie, it was Neville who told Harry about Gillyweed. while in the book, it was Dobby who brought him the gillyweed. the house elf apparently overheard Moosy talking to Snape about it and automatically stole some from Snape's stash.
THE MAZE! they cut alot of stuff in the maze. like how it was really like, the monsters, the riddle, etc. all that was in it was how they got through the maze, and the bit how Viktor Krum was possessed by the Imperius curse.
that's all i can remember for now, i want to see the movie again. and i will on Saturday and i won't be alone. BWAHAHAHA! now i can't wait for the 5th movie and the 7th book that ends everything. but there's been rumors that there would be an 8th book since Harry is not planning on going back to Hogwarts on the 7th. i wonder wht J.K. is up to.. I CAN'T WAIT!
gonna read the books again! hopefully on December when i have break on everything. /gg

and it's Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire day! i can't wait to see it tomorrow. i so expect so much from this movie and i hope that it won't disappoint me..
Last Sunday, i had no choice but to reformat my phone's MMC because it kept on getting errors and deleting all the msgs and i couldn't back it up from my pc because my MMC reader broke and i have to buy a new one.
Yesterday i was surprised when i got to school. i was in a hurry to get to class and i was already 20mins late. 5 mins later and still no teacher, my classmate just noticed i was there and late as usual. and he told me that the teacher already checked the attendance and he just left. so i went to the faculty room and had my attendance checked and im afraid im failing the subject because of constant late and absences. i can still try though. guess what! it's our midterms today to thursday which kinda sucked because i haven't learned anything yet.
anyway, i have a book on 2 of my subject and xerox copy of the lessons of another 2 subjects. so that leaves me 2 more subjects where Math/Calculus is one of them. the subject other than that is a subject i repeated so i have copies of the lessons from the previous term. i hope i can pull it off. math is my only problem now. i really don't understand Integral. and i don't think i need it in real life. =
what's a bummer is that my ticket for Harry Potter on Wednesday is for 12:45am and i have 2 conflicting exams at 1:30pm. i already thought of a reason to get a special exam instead. i just hope that the teacher would let me take the exam later.
hmm.. i hafta go eat lunch then go to school for my 1st exam. i haven't gotten my permit yet.. XD

im starting on an old project again. the site that i promised to make for my mom's sidelines. since i know PHP now, i can do finish them faster. hopefully available for Christmas for more income!! wheeee!!
we went to this new pasyalan in Ortigas. Tiendesitas. i heard it just opened last Oct. 26. it's a nice place to hang out. like an outdoor mall. it consists of "villages" organized to what they have. like Food Village, Fashion Village, Novelty Village, etc. there's also People's Village where you could just hang out. there's also live band playing in the Food Village area and the bands are good. hmm.. i have a mistake though, i forgot to take pictures. =
anyway, we saw some celebrities like Paolo Contis, the Eigennmans, the Barreto clan, and Claire dela Fuente. i wanted to take a picture with Paolo but he was already leaving so we didn't catch him. it's a good thing though coz i was haggard and i stunk. *phew*
my foot hurts! mom and i were planning on seeing a movie but it's kinda late even for the last full show. so i suggested to get a massage instead. that'll be a relief and my normal lazy self, i would prolly fall asleep again. that would get me behind work again but it's all good. i could still work on it and i know it'll be finished before December. wish me luck.

OMG! it's showing on Wednesday!!!! i expect so much from this movie since it's my favorite book out of all the books adventure wise, meaning i love this book because it has so much adventure and alot happened and the fact that it's the thickest out of all the series. i was in glorieta earlier and i already bought tickets for wednesday, at 12:45pm. im so glad there were vacancies. i want to be one of the first to see it on it's first day! a few days ago i was thinking hole day inside the theatre and watch the movie over and over again. but since it's in glorieta, it's on screening. so im thinking that if i am satisfied with how they created the film then i'd spend my whole day watching it again in Megamall on Thursday. XD OMG! OMG! OMG! i can't wait! and then, on Friday night, i'd sleep over at my uncle's and i would see it again the next morning with his wife and 2 eldest daughters. bwahahaha! and i'd want to see it again! maybe with my mom naman. OMG!!

i was working on a design last night. i know what i wanted but i was not exactly sure how to do it. im trying to make a php based site while im learning php from different tutorials. if this works, i will get hosted somewhere. Lmao.
here's a sneak on the design i made. im not even sure how i made it. i played around and learned about brushes and how to use em.. bwahaha! if ur a designer u might think im stupid. but im still learning. :P
this was inspired by Kitchie Nadal singing McDonald's theme, Love ko to. i was listening on my phone's radio while my mind was wandering about what to design. so there.
actually, i have alot of plans on my mind. stuff to design. im thinking if i should make for others in blogskins since i have an account there. or if i just use everything i think of for my own. selfish no? i might share. if i'm done with my own. :D

my last post says nov. 6. so it has been 4 days since i last wrote an entry. for me it feels like weeks.
for the past days i've been trying to learn how to use PHP. i think i understand it now and i'm currently trying to make a test page.
i am so excited to achieve in this field because i am really enjoying what im doing. if all goes well, i want to buy my own host and domain and learn more about web design. i need a good name though. something short and easy to remember. i need suggestions! if u have a suggestion, tag me.
so far my mind is full of ideas for designs that i may use. but my knowledge of photoshop is limited so i can't really do what i want. i was thinking of "themed" as a domain name. but someone told me to use "nix" instead. hahaha!
my brain has been forming designs with themes from movies, songs, actors/actresses, singers, cartoon characters.. it's like i want to make a new one everyday. someone told me i was addict. but i just love doing layouts! i don't think it's hard. it just takes me hours or days to finish one. i get distracted easily.
anyway, i still have some studying to do. ciao! :D

i've been reading PHP tutorials and doing some examples to better understand how it works. so far, i'm getting it. maybe by December or January i can make my own site/blog which would be good in a sense that i could finally work on more things. Like those personal projects i want to do that i can't seem to even start with.
Yesterday at like 1am before i went to bed, i took pics from my cam, again. Mom gave me a cross necklace that looked cool and i was wearing my usual french camisole and i thought it looked good so i got all cam whore again. but only took a few pics. if you wanna see.. http://nickle.shutterfly.com
when i woke up yesterday, ate Lisa, our helper when i was like 4-6 yrs old., was here coz mom called her to clean for us atleast once a week. and she said her baby was being brought by her husband because he had to go to work and her older daughter, Tiny, was in some audition for a school play. i like their baby, Sam, she's my godsis too.. she's cute and jolly.. she's always smiling and laughing. i like her. but i had a lunch date with my friend Julius and his friend/classmate, Domenico. and mom was coming along.
we had lunch at Teriyaki Boy in Eastwood. i love jap food. especially California Maki. OMG! :D
anyway, i learned that our friend Mark just came home that morning from HK. wow talaga rich people. nyahaha! anyway, after lunch, mom went ahead since she had some stuff to do. Julius, Domenico, and I went to see a movie. "waiting" it's a comedy. but it's like a waste of money comedy. it was funny but i don't think it's worth it. but still funny.
after the movie, we met Mark. then played Dota. WOHOO!!! i missed playing dota. and with them too.. its fun to play with them.. i die alot though. but not last night! i played better than the last time.. yay!
ok so this morning was church day. but i didn't get to attend the afternoon fellowship because i had to go with my uncle pick up the plants my mom brought from Greenhills. she's donating it to church. i forgot what the plant was called. anyway, when we got back to church, we stayed for awhile then left with my uncles whole family to the mall coz i had to run some more errands for mom and they had to do some shopping anyway.
we got back home at like 10pm then they headed for their home. hehehe. so right now, 12:36pm, i am eating tuna sandwhich because i got hungry. and im also too lazy to detail about the sandwhich. not that anybody reads anyway.
